Sliding Scale
cost shouldn't be the reason a family goes without this kind of care. a limited number of sliding-scale spots (up to 5 per year) are set aside for families who need them, based on a short written application. if this is you, please reach out! i'd rather know than have you assume it's out of reach.

this is a self-pay practice. insurance isn't billed directly, though HSA/FSA funds may apply. check with your plan!
