it's woven into months of preparation before it and the months of healing after- the parts that often get the least time and the most need.
i built this practice around the whole season, not just its single loudest moment, because I believe that's where the deepest care actually happens: in the quiet check-ins, the questions answered before they turn into fear, and the support that's still there long after everyone else has moved on.
PRENATAL CARE
schedule visits from a positive test through your due date: monthly, biweekly, then weekly as you approach delivery.
POSTPARTUM CARE
a 24–48hr home visit after birth, then continued support through 12 weeks, well past when most postpartum care ends.
EDUCATION
courses are available for those who want to feel prepared and informed, without hiring a provider for the whole journey.
families deserve real support and education from someone who knows their pregnancy, history, and preferences from the earliest moments of pregnancy through twelve weeks postpartum.

we'd be your provider for prenatal and postpartum care, start to finish, beginning the moment you see two lines, not at your twelve-week mark. and we don't disappear at six weeks postpartum...we're still with you through the end of the fourth trimeter, when the fog is only just lifting and you're figuring out who you are now.

you'll deliver at the hospital, cared for by the on-call team, with your birth plan and history already in their hands. what I offer is everything around that moment: the preparation before it, and the steady presence after.
